The Anchovy fillet is natural and aromatic due to its type and content of fat. It has a high percentage of protein and Omega3. Anchovies can be cooked and fixed in several different ways.

 Ingredients
Various types of vegetables (red peppers, carrots, lettuce, green peppers…)
Olives
Cooked and sliced eggs
Sliced sausage
Small sliced fried bread
Sliced York ham

ANCHOVY OMELET
 Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1 50g Can of Anchovies Italia Pacifico
- Spoon of milk
- Potatoes

 Preparation
Cut potatoes and pour them on the fried pan as making a regular potato omelet. Beat the eggs and cut the anchovies in peaces add all together with the milk. Once the potatoes are fried pour the mix of eggs, anchovies and milk. Fry as a normal omelet.


 Presentation
It cam be toped with some anchovy fillets
 
 

 
ANCHOVIES PUDIN
 
Ingredients
- Small can of Anchovies Italia Pacifico
- 250 gr. Of whipping cream
- Small glass of milk
- 3 eggs

 
Preparation
Beat the eggs well, add all the ingredients. Spread butter on the recipient to be used and then spread with small peaces of bread. Add the mix and place the recipient in light hot water in the oven at a medium temperature for 35 min. Take it back from the oven and let it rest until cold and serve on top of squared toasted bread, toped with mayonnaise.

 
ANCHOVIES WITH PASTA
 
  Ingredients
- 2 50gr cans of anchovies Italia Pacifico
- 500gr of spaghetti
- 2 peaces of garlic
- Parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- salt
Preparation

Put the spaghetti in boiling water, add salt. Smash garlic and parsley in a mortar, incorporate the egg yolk and mix well, then add the anchovies previously chopped. Keep mixing everything for 2 minutes. When the mix is uniform incorporate the oil that comes with the anchovies and mix well. When the spaghetti is ready pour the water and add the butter and the mix from the mortar in a pan and serve.
